A little warmth , a spark of hope, a drop of joy to warm my heart…

I can use it, I need it.

I feel depressed….

3 Years ago…suddenly I became  very dizzy because of a virus. I was diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis and Labyrinthitis. Both my ears were seriously infected and my world became a spinning one.

I had to lay down for a couple of months. Nothing else was possible…

Spinning around, every minute, every second of the day..Not slow but fast. Very fast.

I wanted to die.

At this moment I am still recovering. I have good days and bad ones. The vertigo has gone, but I still suffer from an overactive nerve in my left ear and a lot of  muscle complications.

Eating, sitting, talking and listening  to people , just those normal simple things, combined together can be very difficult for me.

Luckily there is still progress. Slowly, step by step…my world becomes more pleasant.

This week’s  52photosproject theme is “Let the sunshine in” and Susannah Conway Unravelling theme at this moment is “Memories”.

Thinking about all the pain and suffering is awful and there was a time that I pushed those feelings away .If it was happened to someone else. It was simply to painful…
